“We want to change people’s perceptions about bodybuilding,” Sharon explains. “Daily, consistent exercise leads to a better, stronger, and healthier lifestyle.”

“We train, we sweat, we suffer, we over-push, we win, and we lose. These moments enhance our understanding of each other and keep us connected,” she muses.

Adopt a ‘can do’ attitude. “Think positive, go all out with it, and never fail each other. Once you decide to pursue something together, there’s no turning back,” she says. Share and encourage. Sharon’s journey into bodybuilding was inspired by her father, who pushed her toward sports from a young age.
Though she started as a slim girl, her commitment to fitness helped her overcome health challenges and sparked a desire to help others do the same.
“This bodybuilding journey is disciplined, tough, and focused, but I’m fully happy and confident in it because I know it brings betterment to me and others,” she reflects.
